UV LED area light source curing system
Unlike traditional UV lamps, which limits on heat sensitive materials and an external fan system is needed. This area light source offers industrial strength curing with a large illumination area for high process throughput, while ensuring uniform intensity from the center to the edge and enables printing on almost all kinds of substrates even on thin film, thin plastics, foam plastic (ceiling tile), paper, and leather.

Suggestion: The 365nm wavelength UV-LED curing system costs much higher than 385-400nm systems, we suggest you prior consider 385-400nm systems because this wavelength can cure approx. 95% of the UV adhesive as well. If you need 365nm system and the curing area is not large, we suggest combining spot light sources.
