UV LED linear light source curing system
Through specially designed optical lens group, this monochromatic light source is ideal for all types of curing including opaque inks, clear adhesives, and thick opaque coatings at astounding rates.
Unique Features and Befits:
- Extra-long guaranteed life: 20000+ hours , provides lower cost of ownership
- Instant on/off
- Narrow UV output spectrum
- Emits no heat- able to cure heat sensitive materials
- Maximum UV intensity up to 6000mW/ cm2
- Eco-friendly, mercury and ozone free
- Small Footprint- Easily embedded into automated manufacturing lines and equipment
- No serious safety concerns associated with conventional UV curing lamps
- Five working modes: constant current, PWM, step, intelligent optical and manual modes, specially designed for eliminating cementing stress of UV adhesives
- Many kinds of circuit technique designed (patented). The whole system will not be affected by the damage of one LED module.

UV LED linear light source illumination
Specifications:
Two wavelengths of LED available: 365nm, 385-400nm
Length of emitting window: Available in configurable UV emitting lengths from 20mm to 2000mm
Cool method: air cooled( a mini fan installed) or water cooled
Controller
External Control method: PLC
Foot Pedal: Foot pedal to control start/stop of UV light Emission.
Timer: adjustable countdown range from 999.9s to 0.1s, in 0.1s intervals or user selectable timing
RS-232C I/O: change database, illumination auto-calibration
UV output adjustment: from 0 to 100% in 1% step

Suggestion:The 365nm wavelength UV-LED curing system costs much higher than 385-400nm systems, we suggest you prior consider 385-400nm systems because this wavelength can cure approx. 95% of the UV adhesive as well. If you need 365nm system and the curing area is not large, we suggest combining spot light sources.
Interested in ST-LED technology? Please contact us for more information. We are able to customize the irradiating area and shapes according to your specific integration needs. Always include a technical Data if known. Additionally, a brief note describing how the product is typically applied could be very useful. This allows us to test within the same application parameters that you require. Once a proper wavelength is determined, we can easily calculate the specific size LED system you actually require based on your production speed and product size.
