Our UV LED spot light source curing system has the following advantages:
1. There is a number of patents as technical support.
2. Excellent illumination uniformity: there are lots of specially designed lens for ultraviolet radiation and they can enhance the bonding process performance.
3. The system uses a unique heat dissipation technology and doesn't need any fan to cool down it. Rapid cooling can ensure extended service life of the LED, and satisfy the optics and the electronics industry cleanliness requirements.
4. Constant current mode, intelligent optical mode and some other control strategy can meet the specialized needs of many industries.
5. The system has multi-functions: each illumination head can be controlled separately.That means you don't need to buy 4 traditional lamp irradiation equipments which will cost you much money, instead, you can buy one UV LED curing system with 4 point light source to accomplish the same mission. This will greatly reduce your upfront investment.
6. The consistency and interchangeability of the light source are guaranteed because of the self-calibration memory function of themselves. The Light attenuation of the traditional lamp way is fast, and the individual differences are large, the illumination is also different, all these factors badly affect the quality of the products.
7. The system has an RS-232C communication Interface and it is easy to copy and upload the data.
8. The start/stop illumination can be controlled by footswitch or external I/O interface and it is easy for centralized control.
9. The fiber is very easy to be damaged if irradiating in the traditional lamp way; and the maintenance costs can be too high. However, the LED illumination head and the controller are connected by a dedicated cable, its bend radius is 1/3 the bend radius of fiber, so it's difficult to damage, and even no maintenance costs.

Oblique beam illumination head
Sometimes the UV beam need to set an oblique angle (e.g.: bonding the lens of the microscope together), and then the facular shape is elliptical and the illumination is not the highest. So we developed the oblique beam lenses to meet this process: even at about 45°angle, the facular shape is still a circular spot.Model:GST-L6T series

Unique heat dissipation structure ---------
The UV LED has a long service life. However, if you do not carry out effective cooling when irradiating, the service life can be shortened. It is very important to restrain the temperature rising when irradiating.- The use of special cooling material can improve heat dissipation up to 40%
- Special internal structure lead to more rapid heat release.
- The patented cooling technology ensures both compact and good heat dissipation. The LED's core temperature can be effectively reduced and the decay time of UV LED can be raised from 20000 hours to 40000 hours.
- The UV output stability and irradiating uniformity are both improved.
- UV output power can be set step by step from 0 to 100%.
- Irradiating time can be set from 0s to 999.9s by a time step of 0.1 second.
- Long time irradiating mode without time limit.

heat dissipation effect
Working mode---------
Constant current mode:when working under this mode, you should set the parameter on the display (parameter means the percentage, equals to output UV power divide the total UV power), and time, which can be set from 0.1sec to 999.9sec. For example, when the parameter you set is 50%, time is 2sec, then at the time you press the foot pedal, the system will start countdown .Within 2sec, the outlet LED head outputs a 50% UV power (If the peak UV power is 8000mW/cm2, 50% means the output UV power is 4000mW/cm2).When time’s up, UV light will be cut off automatically.
PWM mode:when you choose this mode, the parameter means duty cycle (0~100%). Once you press the pedal, the countdown started and the system will act a pulsed operation. This mode is especially for some UV adhesive that requires pulsed UV irradiance, making the UV light penetrate its inside to be fully cured and prevent from area shrinking.
Stepping mode:In this mode, the parameter means the steps, and there are totally 10steps. The parameter on the display means the steps. You can set every step with different UV power and emitting time. When the pedal is pressed, the system will start to work through the ten steps. When finished, the UV power will automatically be cut off. This mode can reduce the bonding stress of the UV adhesives.
Intelligent optical mode:When choosing this mode, the system will work at intelligent optical mode. The time is normally set between 0.1~0.2sec. When the pedal is pressed, the UV adhesive will not totally be cured within 0.1~0.2sec. This helps you to adjust the bonding position of lens. After adjusting you can press the pedal twice and the UV light will start irradiating until you press the pedal to stop it. This mode is designed especially for optical lens bonding.
Manual mode:This mode is another operation way when working under the optical mode. You can control the output UV light irradiance by press the pedal. In this mode, once you press the pedal, the UV light will start output, and stop when you press it again. The parameter on the display means the percentage of the output power.
