Compact UV light suitable for UV sensor sealant

UV Sealant (UV SEALAND) in the sensor industry (such as gas sensors, photoelectric sensors, optical encoder, optical fiber sensors, etc.) has a wide range of applications. LOCTITE, DELO, DYMAX, HERNON, FOTOPOLYMER etc. has similar supplies. But how to choose a suitable UV LED light source?

Production characteristics of the sensor:
1. Small components and small batch production: in most cases, choice of a small curing machine can meet production needs, while there are flexible configurations that can meet many types of products.
2. Low-temperature curing: In most cases, the sensor contains a variety of plastic parts or liquid. High temperature curing process will seriously affect the life of the device.
3. Curing repetitive: sensors are industrial products, and there must be strict application environmental requirements. Quality requirements of products are much higher than those of general electronics. For light-curing technology, it requires to try to determine the curing conditions in the research and development; keep production process under control; minimize reliance on the operator.
4.Low interference: zero interference on the sensor, and other production equipment.

1. Effective curing area: 200 × 200cm, a number of sensors can be solidified at a time.
2. Strength in 1000--8600mw/cm2 (40-60W); the general need for UV sealant is 2000-3000mJ/cm2, and it can be solidified in a few seconds.
3. Low curing temperature: high-tech insulation Filter is built in, and at the same time the shutter with automatic standby function, the general situation, such as 8600mJ/cm2, the internal temperature can be controlled under 5 degrees.
4. Curing good reproducibility: the stability of light intensity, daily changes is almost zero. Touch-operation interface software, computer control, easy to use, to ensure the accuracy of curing conditions and repeatability.
5. Low interference: non-polar lights have microwave interference, but ST-LED uses high-tech LED, with advanced chips and program modules. EMC interference is zero, no effect on other equipment and products.

In addition, good feature of the UV shielding as well as non-infrared light generation, can ensure the safety of the operator.
