Cost-effective solutions of Micro speaker/ Receiver Upgrade from the solvent to the UV adhesive glue

Conventional micro-speaker / receiver production used a lot of rubber solvent in the shock of the adhesive membrane and the coil, as well as in the use of fixed leads. In some applications, high-frequency vibrations generated by high temperature, solvent glue operation temperature range of operation, Chun-adhesive film and the coil loose, resulting in noise, seriously affect the quality of micro-acoustic device performance. In high-tech micro-acoustic devices commonly used in UV adhesive glue, it is inferior to PHILIPS, Pioneer, and many of the international community want to upgrade the current medium-sized manufacturing process to the UV adhesive.

How to upgrade to LED UV bonding technology cost-effectively?

ST-LED UV light source is low-cost, compact, high-tech light source modules introduced to the market by GOOD. It is suitable for customers to build their own conveyor system. The use of ST-LED light source module transforms customers’ current line. In that way, they can not only get imported high-performance curing light performance, but also has a lower purchase cost.

Curing performance: the use of high-tech LED head can emit UV whose UVA intensity is up to 8600mW/cm2 and effective curing width of 20-200cm (minimum). General membrane adhesive or bonding wires needs UV glue only 1000J/cm2-1500J/cm2, curing time about 0.1-5 seconds.

Low temperature performance: As the energy consumption is only 5-40W, and it has patented built-in cooling systems, excellent low temperature properties, it will not cause overheating of membrane or other components.

Easy-to-use performance: ST-LED built in all the components, and only a general power cord is needed, and then you can start UV curing.

Mechanical Interface: installation of ST-LED is convenient; it can be supported by a mechanical shelf designed directly on both sides of a conveyor belt.
