You should know the following FAQs before you receive our products and services.
1. We can tailor a solution into a range of sizes for your particular integration needs. First of all, please let us know the following:
(1) The area of the emitting window: width×length(or we can suggest the length),curing time or belt speed of your printing machine.(2) The UV power that the UV curable adhesive or UV-LED formulated ink needs. (measurement should be mj/cm2), or the peak irradiance --output power per unit area( measurement should be mW/cm2).
(3) The defects of the curing equipments you currently use and your requirements.
2. The characteristics, advantages and manufacturing requirements of our currently available curing products.
(1) The spot diameter of our UV-LED spot light source curing system is available from Φ2mm～Φ30mm(Φ30mm can be used as a small-scale area light source curing system), the illumination power is able to reach from 100mw～9000mw. In addition to standard illumination heads, we also have tailor-make nonstandard illumination heads for different manufacturing needs.( Please refer to www.st2109.com for detailed parameters) .Also, five kinds of working modes are set up in the mainframe to satisfy different project requirements.(2) The linear light source curing systems and area light source curing systems are customized according to your requirements.
(3) Our equipments have large-size screen display with multilingual instructions which is easy to use.
3. Purchase process and notes:
(1) Whether you want to buy the curing systems or custom-order , both parties should communicate detailedly according to the first point. We will set and adjust the parameters and do tests to satisfy your requirements.(2) The sample cost should be paid by the customer. We will produce the sample and do tests before we send it to you.
(3) If you have any suggestions for improvements after adjusting and using the sample, please send it back. We will readjust and retest it until you are satisfied with the sample.(We will pay the freight charge this time and the round-trip freight everytime you need readjustment.)
(4) Please sent us your sample of UV-LED formulated ink or UV curable adhesives for testing before confirmation of everything, for we will make a best and economic solution based on your specific project requirements.
(5)We will appreciate your bulk purchasing if you are satisfied with the sample.
4. Warranty period and after-sale service
(1) The mainframe has 3 years warranty period. (Except the LCD, which has 1 year warranty period) the warranty of illumination heads is 2 years. No maintenance fees.(2) After the warranty period, we offer you Life-long free maintenance service. You only need to bear the cost of materials.
(3) We will pay the one-way freight of the equipment under the warranty period and will not pay it when the time expired.
(4) We will not maintain the equipments under the damage of force majeure and human factors.
5. Payment Terms:
(1) T/T in advance, 30% of deposit before mass production, balance (70%) against copy of B/L(2) 30% of deposit, 70% L/C at sight.
